Avid adventurer, world traveler, & animal lover. Sarah studied theatre arts in school and gained national recognition in directing, playwriting, and acting. She has spent nine years training horses and the last two teaching sustainable agriculture and working in outdoor education for Parks and Recreation. She enjoys being a tour guide (the craziest being an assistant volcano guide on Volcan Acatenango in Guatemala), surfs, climbs, hikes, backpacks, kayaks, and tries whatever new experience she can get her hands on.
The ocean, a childhood dream of being a marine biologist and working with whales, seeking the perfect photograph, requiring an office outside of a cubical, and epic sunsets brought Sarah to San Juan Island. She most recently returned from 5 months of training horses in Argentina and Iceland.
