The best orca (killer) whale watching is on the waters around San Juan Island. The San Juan Islands are considered the "jewels" of the pacific northwest, located in the Puget Sound.
San Juan Island is a scenic and quick 90 minute drive from Seattle to Anacortes, then an hour ferry ride (getting here is half the fun!) landing in Friday Harbor, San Juan Island. Or take a plane from Seattle, which is only a 40 minute plane ride and lands right at our dock.

The Sea Lion
3 - 4 hour charter, exclusive to one group
Peak Season: June 4 - September 15 $2195.00 (plus 7.7% sales tax).
Off Season: Sept. 16 to June 15 $1975.00 (plus 7.7% sales tax)
By the hour, $750.00.00 + sales tax
This vessel accommodates up to 44 guests in the summer, May, June, July and August when the weather is likely to be perfect. If you are chartering this vessel in any other month, keep in mind that it may rain and 30 guests will fit in the salon:- 20 sitting - 10 standing. There is covered and open outside seating, seating on the bow, a fully heated cabin, a walk around deck and a roomy bathroom. 55' X 16', the MV Sea Lion is a US Coast Guard Certified Vessel. Sea Lion is stable, fast and was designed and built to our specification for a great wildlife viewing platform.
The Sea Hawk
3 - 4 hour charter, exclusive to one group
Peak Season: June 4 - September 15 $1195.00 (plus 7.7% sales tax).
Off Season: Sept. 16 to June 15 $1075.00 (plus 7.7% sales tax)
By the hour $400.00 + sales tax
This vessel accommodates up to 24 guests. There is covered and open outside seating, a fully heated cabin with seating (approximately 12 guests) & a table , a walk around deck and a bathroom. 41' X 14', the MV Sea Hawk is a US Coast Guard Certified Vessel..
The Kittiwake
3 - 4 hour charter, exclusive to one group
Peak Season: June 4 to September 15 $795.00, (plus 7.7% sales tax)
Off Season: Sept. 16 to June 3 $715.00, (plus 7.7% sales tax)
By the hour $250.00
This vessel can accommodate to 20 guests, however we find it most comfortable with 16 to insure lots of plenty of space. There is a semi enclosed cabin area that seats 10-12, covered and uncovered outside seating. 30' X 12', the MV Kittiwake is a US Coast Guard Certified
All three of our vessels are equipped with:
 Rain Coats and blankets on-board.
Binoculars and Field Guides on-board
Professional Naturalist and Captain on each trip
Members of a Whale spotting service
Equipped with boat head
Hydrophone on board too. Hear the whales communicate!

Adhere to all Federal and Whale Watch Operators Association viewing guidelines. We enjoy an excellent reputation for wildlife viewing.
Dalls Porpoise
All charters require a non refundable 50% deposit, at time of reservation.
The full non-refundable payment for a charter is due 30 days prior to departure date.
Charters made less than 30 days from departures require full, non-refundable payment.
If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to tour, full payment will be charged. No amount will be refunded.
A no show will be charged full price; no amount will be refunded.
At the time of booking, there is a contract that will be sent to you
to be signed and returned for all charter reservations.
The above policy is in place to protect your space and to assure that you are accommodated on a first come basis. Once the above policy is implemented, we will be turning other business away in order to hold the space for you.
