Roche Harbor Village
Where San Juan Safaris is the Exclusive Tour Operator
for Sea Kayaking and Whale Watching.

We are pleased to have the opportunity to show you our seaside
village of Roche Harbor situated on one of the most beautiful
islands of the San Juan Islands, namely San Juan Island. Roche
Harbor has been a favorite get away destination for many visitors, for generations,
from all over the world who enjoy its country charm and ambiance.

Our "Finger Docks" at Roche Harbor
Village
Whether coming by boat and docking in our famous marina, flying
to our nearby airstrip, or coming by Washington state ferry as most people do, you are sure to marvel at the beautiful
scenery through the islands on your way.
Roche Harbor is nestled
in a beautiful protected bay on the Northwest tip of San Juan
Island. Surrounded by outer islands, it is in these protected
waters that an abundance of all kinds of wildlife can be seen,
with the passage of whales during their migration periods also
very close at hand.
The quaint little seaside village of Roche Harbor, approximately
ten miles away from Friday Harbor, on San Juan Island, is also
on the National Register of Historical Sites. The famous Hotel
de Haro was built in 1886 by John S. McMillin.
NEW - Just opened in 2007 - lodging facilities - Quarryman Hall
